Retired businessman Alan Braithwaite plans to to circumnavigate India in 34 days, covering 3,500 miles in a Morgan three-wheeler. Along with co-driver and wife Pat, he hopes to raise £200,000 for Goonj, a charity that uses urban discard as a tool to alleviate poverty and enhance the dignity of individuals and communities in rural India and beyond.
